my car Honda City 2008 , just one week back did istimara.. they want technical inspection ...

but what is my suggestion is ...

if u see Hukoomi website... they said three years... but I think now they changed two years.. 

so go directly without technical isnpection - and do the renewal... if they ask then u can go and do it and come back.. 

but make sure.. in the technical inspection - u need to get 2 seals and 2 signatures of police..
