Go for the site http://www.indianembassyqatar.org/ and down load the application forum and follow these steps.

1) FIll the forum

2) Reach embassy with your passport, ID card, Photo's ( Two Copies of each including forum) at 8.00am.

3) Stand in the que and submit the documents and return back at 3.45pm

4) Collect back your POWER OF ATORNEY.
