Yes, hospitals esp. public hospitals should be 24/7. Coming from Wakra main road down to Airport Road, make a left turn to C Ring Road and drive all the way down to Ramada intersection signal, go straight after the signal and when you reach Al Sadd St. at the left side you will see the Hamad Children's Hospital on the very corner of that street.
