ei treysad. it is in 3rd floor. but if u want to call it 4th floor then be it. carrefour level is in ground floor, then the floor below that is carpark level and 2nd floor is where you can find the cinema. but i don't wanna argue bout this, i just want to share the info which their security guard told me. i was once confused when i looked in the DIRECTORY and found out that Carrefour is located in ground floor then the guard explained each levels to me. PEACE!

The elevator is not working before since 3rd floor is exhibition level.  but i think it will be working regularly because of ansar gallery.
