Not sure about that,but if you are a local candidate you can submit CV at Hamad HR office which is located near sports roundabout.They accept cv on mondays and wednesdays from 8am to 12 noon.You need to submit CV alongwith copy of educationcertificates ,experience certificates,copy of passport with visa page and copy of Qatar Id card.
