Basically its a collission of different cultures so you have to be patient somehow. Its a wealthy country but the growing population of new generation locals needs a good education. True they dont need education considering they are wealthy but its not good to remain their "barbaric attitude" on progress coz it will cause crime someday to visitors in this place. 

one more thing, driving here is a headache sometimes. you will  experienced them if you start your day to day life here. its adventure to be here so give it a time.
