yes it is available in Qatar. you need a mpeg4 satelite reciever(eg-sun direct reciever)or any hdmi reciever.please type this in google,there you can see all the details of channels available in qatar.(lyngsat2e3b4a).new channels,kaumudi,mazhavil manorama,reporter are available.if you are using sun direct,just remove the smart card and tune by checking in "lyngsat2e3b4a"
