You'd have to be pretty damn stupid to forge an ID here! Not only is it highly illegal but there's no way you'd ever be able to get away with it. All bars scan ID cards or take down passport details without fail and they can spot a forgery a mile away. Do the right thing and simply wait until you are of age like the rest of us have.
