I appreciate your response , in 2010 a company can directly apply for Tax Card. But rule has changed and they issued revised form also. Previously, in 2010, we have not required to submit any kind of application form except a request in company letter head. But the procedure has changed. also in 2010 they have issued only temparary tax cards, now they withdraw the coencept of Temporary tax card, and currently issuing permanent tax card.

So please refresh your knowledge before arguing.
