Try BBC iplayer - it's much better, you need to sign up for a VPN though.
See below for a very reliable one with 10GB servers. It never bombs out like some.
Also if you are using it just for streaming you don't need to use the LTTP use the PP** one, as the LTTP encrypts it and slows it down by about 5-20% on some VPN's.
