i forgot to mention that apple vinegar 2 spoon in one cup of water is damn good to lose weight but ofcourse if u want to lose weight u should control ure eating habits, it is recommended to not take heavy dinner, one apple or one yougurt will be enough for u... another thing to lose stomach weight n its very important, never drink water during meals better drink it half hour before the meal and 2 hours after the meal. good luck
