The real question is ? Did the company accepted your resignation ? If yes, you shouldn't be posting your inquiries here, if seems that they haven't accepted your resignation, that's why your RP has to be renewed, no company would like to pay penalty. Also if really your resignation was accepted, collect your dues and fly-out of Qatar, as long they issue an exit permit, again provided they accepted your resignation. So, renewing your RP does not make an issue at all except if you wanted to come back quickly thru another sponsor.
