You need to have a residence ID first. Without the ID, you will not be able to open an account or transact business with most of the government offices. So you have to get your visa approved/processed and then when that is done, you will get your residence permit (RP). After that, request a letter from your sponsor for opening a bank account. This letter is some sort of introduction to the bank that your sponsor is allownng you to open an account. BTW, how are you going to apply for a trade permit if you dont have your visa yet?
