Go to Singapore Airline office located before grand hamad street or call Overseas travel Bureau as they are the GSA of Singapore Airlines in Doha.. u will get the information from them it takes 3 or 4 working days and visa is valid for 2 years its a E-Visa.i have collected mine from them
