I don't think you can find it anywhere. I have found in the Megamart some time ago, "Silver Spoon Jam Sugar" but that is pretty rare too. I think the Silver Spoon is a UK brand -it is a bag of sugar that has pectin mixed in. I also haven't found pickling spices or pickling salt. I had to bring all that kind of stuff from home.

I'll tell you, I'm pretty popular when I bring over fresh home made jam and bread! Beats the commercial yuck you get in the stores everytime!
