Turn left at next Signal (park with be on left corner, across from it will be HUGE new residential/office building) This is Muntaza RD I believe. BEFORE next light make a left turn as if you are going to the park. Follow the road as it turns to the right. The Taliban store will be about 2/3 down the block on the left hand side.
You can also get beautiful beaded materials in some of the fabric stalls in the Marble Souq across from Al Rawnaq. Much higher quality than Al Rawnaq itself.
