thexonic this is why i really appreciate the recruitment policy in hmc. you are first invited to do a locum wherein they pay you salary ,transport and take care of your food and accomodation and in return you work with them for a month.
if you like it there you can apply to stay.
if the company likes you,they would offer you a post.
if not both can part company ,no strings attatched.
so you know exactly what you are getting into.
