As far as i know,the duration of a business visa is only until 3 mos. the longest unless you exit and return here with the same visa...but if you did not exit, it will be problem for you, because you have to pay 200 QAR per day for overstaying from the time your visa has expired. Now, if you want to change company, you will surely need NOC from your previous sponsor for change sponsorship. But be sure that the company you want to work with has a ready working visa for you.
