Hi Jawed,though it is a sad day in qatar I cannt write you that much details but make sure about is there any other allowances, family status,Health Insurance,car /petrol allowance ,location allowance it is a remote place,transport allowance,education for kids, & the most important thing about your contract with company 1yr/2yr/3yr.??
