Whats there to elaborate? Go to the traffic dept. in Madinath Khalifa, ask the typist guys to type the form for licence renewal. They'll direct you where to submit it. Its no biggy to ELABORATE.

BTW carry a copy of your ID, passport, licence and your original licence.
