I was in Megamart last Tuesday and heard the same cat yowling behind the frige section...I think I might have talked to you...lol I insisted the manager open up the bottom grates on the section..but was told it was coming in through the ceiling..PAH!! I made enough of a racket that they finally came and opened up the bottom grate and left it open so the poor kitty could get out. I just hope its alright...after the grate was opened, of course the cat retreated until all the humans left it alone.
