I was able to get one for my sister in-law. Wife provided a copy of her birth certificate plus other docs. Sister in-law had to be under my sponsorship since my wife is here under mine.
Deal is that it may not a 6 month family visa. She got the normal 30 day, done the medical and just today we went for renewal and they only would issue 2 months. So I am unsure of this part, but hope to find out soon if the total is only 3 months.
