Hi don't know where to find dried cuttlefish here but these two might be alternatives maybe?? Saw some fresh cuttle fish at The Mall (Spinneys) two days ago, which you can buy and dry quite easily outside in the hot sun. Did see some dried fish in Carrefour packed up in refrigerated area (it looked like big dried anchovies). Sorry cannot help more.
