Second of all....thank you for trying to explain a bit more about where jaseem MIGHT be coming from. perhaps it was just his wording or mannerisms that came across as very arrogant, as most Qataris I know are not like that.
I understand why charity organizations have to be legal because the opportunities to misuse them is incredible these days. Sad, but true.
Thank you so much for letting us all know what is being done and some of the ideas and mindsets here in Qatar..Wish I read enough Arabic to read the local papers...but I don't....translations can be such a tricky thing!!
