If their is anything My husband and I have learned it is that people need to feel valued in their careers.

The only aspect I would like to mention is if those workers had it any better in their own countries then why have they come to Qatar to work in such dreadful conditions? Despite that, no human should be treated unfairly and taken advantage of because he is willing to put up with appalling conditions for the sake of feeding his family.

Please remember that making a difference in a persons life is taking their cirumstances into consideration and improving it all around. Qataris would be doing this by providing workers with better living conditions, free food, 1 return flight a year, paid vacations, and enough pay that they would have made back home and plus some to cover clothing and entertainment in Qatar. Research shows that a happy and well paid workforce is always the most efficient and productive.

I also wonder how expensive it would be to have some of those spray fans when on building sites. As well as water bottles, sun block, hats, and plenty of shade! Cheap solutions when buying in bulk! And Qataris will be the best compared to UAE in their treatment of the workers too!
