I agree that is the case in reality. However, Qatari Labour law (Law 14) does make specific provision for Eid Al-Adha holidays.
For private sectors workings it states that you should get 3 working days off. If your manager insists on you working those days, then you are entitled to 150% of your salary for those days.
I don't want to resight labour law, as these laws are not always adhered to.
I just want to know which 3 days this will be this year if your manager just so happens to be a really nice guy and gives you the days off as per the 3 day requirement.
