1- u should carry ur driving license & at least a copy of the car registration (Istemara).
2- maintenance should be made every 5,000 KM (which includes engine oil and filter) and every 60,000KM the gear oil has to be replaced and every 100,000KM spark plugs has to be changed.
other parts like brake pad should be replaced once u hear weird sound.
anyway such info is generally written in the user's manual of the car and if it is not available u can get the maintenance schedule from the agency in which all the details will be mentioned.
