i hv a passat cc 2010 and i cannot complain about anything, mainly when it was with Buzwair.
now with new agency Q-Auto i faced un-pleasant experience and big difference in level of service, maybe because they are not ready yet
in general it is not expensive. it is similar to other brands cost specially that you do it every 15,000km or 1 year, but i would suggest you wait until Q-auto open officially so you can have (hopefully) the same or better level of service
