I've been to Halul on many ocassions. You will not find it on Google Earth, it's classified info. Halul Island is where all the crude oil from the Idd El Shargi North and South fields go to. Mainly from QP and Occidental platforms. Here it is stored, dewatered, and exported while being metered.
There is no public access to this place. One needs to be trained in H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) - Use of Breathing Apparatus, HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) and Sea Survival training.
This is a classified hazardous area. No diving and fishing if permitted.
