Yes it is hard. Your passport only means something to your employer once they hire you, but before that you'll need a few things:
1) To know someone in the business
2) Arabic is a plus ( a big one)
3) Experience (almost mandatory)
They want people with all of this, sadly if you can't even get point 1 done, you pretty much have to wait in the queue.
I suggest doing something part time, theres a lot of part time jobs. The reason I say this is even if you they do want to hire you, it takes about 2 months before everything is finalized (i.e. paperwork)
