He's a philipino, who wanted to buy a 2nd hand car from a Pakistani guy. They went to the traffic dept to change the istimara, then the officer told the pakistani guy that he has few summons.
The pakistani guys (speaking arabic) told the officer, no worries, and that my staff will take care of it after they change the ownership.
Little did the pakistani guy know that my staff has been working in the ME for the pass 8 years and understand arabic.
He then walks away from the arrangement.
Moral of the story is, always check all you can about the car before you buy it, not only the technical but also the legal area as well.
