Unless someone here has been able to get into this programme, you're unlikely to get definitive (and authentic/reliable) information.
Living in Qatar is expensive, even for a student. If your family isn't in a position to support you for the basics (food/accomodation) then it would be extremely difficult to survive here because you won't be allowed to work.
