If you are only going to visit Europe in June/july you can apply for the visa in June. Your RP can be renewed upto 4-5 months ahead of its expiry date. So you should renew your RP and immediately apply for the visa. if your tickets and hotel bookings are confirmed, you should get your visa in 2-3 days.
