Any 5* Hotel has a bar, and a selection of the 4*'s also, including Ramada. Depends what you are looking for. Contrary to what some say, there are plenty of options...though possibly manage your expectations and be ready to pay 5* prices for the drinks. More places are doing happy hours now.
