In any country you need entry visa..NOW HERE IN ARAB COUNTRIES AS LONG AS YOUR WORK VISA IS UNDER PROFESSIONAL LEVEL (ENGINEER, ACCOUNTANT, DOCTOR...etc) you can request visa on the spot at immigration section of any country you want to get in.
Other visa level like technician, foreman, supervisor, & etc..you need to apply first for entry visa prior.
