After getting a shower and putting on the makeup...standing back thinking..ok..things aren't too bad...then I put in my contacts..wooo hoo..where in the heck did THOSE wrinkles come from??? Oh well...what we all have to remember is we all earned each and every wrinkle, smile and laugh line and that is your life that shows on your face..so enjoy and have great memories...
What I would change if I could is my dumb thyroid...its out of whack for the past 6 months and getting it leveled out is a tough one..added 15 pounds due to that. So...its continueing to work out, and watch what I eat(which it hard since I love Middle Eastern food!) and hopefully things will get back to normal for me.
