Smeet do give good salary initially, but for many people they reduced the salary after few months of joining & if u don’t accept they ask u to resign. HR dept. is very slow in their work & keep calling employees for petty reasons. The company is new & management keep taking immature decisions. Termination of employees for small reason is regular in this company.

The precast division is filled with Filipino’s & they give hard time to Indian & other subcontinent people.
