Yes there is, a Foxconn 92mm Ball Heatsink (better than the stock heatsink) which effectively keep the CPU at an excellent temperature, even when overclocked

Besides, this motherboard has one of THE BEST onboard heatsinks, using golden silent pipe and crazy cool gigabyte technology. You can read more about them here:

And for the graphics cards, who said they are hot? =/
On idle, the temperature of the card is about 20 - 23 Degrees C, and when stressed out (e.g. playing Crysis) the temperature of the card is about 33 - 36 Degrees C.

I am placing 1 card in the computer, and giving away free, a second card, so that purchaser can run them in CrossfireX if they want to.
