7K QAR per month is not normally enough to live on to a western standard...and believe me everything here is charged according to a western standard whether or not it is. But do your research on the cost of living in Qatar compared to where you presently live or are from and make sure the difference in salary is enough to justify the move...but just so that you know there are IT managers in Qatar making as much as 150K USD per year and perhaps more depending on their specializations...so like I said it all depends are what you are willing to take based on your own situation.
