Bring the following documents to the Immigration (I did at Airport Immigration)
1. Reentry visa application form dully filled & signed.
2. Copy of Passport, QID & Visa(RP page in passport)of your family.
3. Your Copy of Passport, QID & Visa(RP page in passport).
4. Atm card, QR500 has to be paid for each person.
** Your family visa validity will be extended to another 6 months or the expiry date of your family's visa whichever lesser.
