you can come back thru husband sponsorship for family visa. if you want to work under your husband sponsorship,you will still need a noc from your previous company for an noc because, without that noc, you are not allowed to work for 2 years even though you are on husband sponsorship. and if you dont have plan to work for 2 years, no need for the noc.
