TOEFL and IELTS are tests made to assess how good is your English and as you know English is a language that you learn by lots of practise reading, writing, speaking and listening ... and no way you can pass that test as long as your English is not good enough and if someone told you there are teachers who can teach you EILETS then they have lied to you ...
