122 migh be Qatari and Ofcouse they are giving preference to eligible Qatari applicants but eligible Qatari applicants are less.I don't think they have alloted any expatriate yet.
They are calling only applicants those are randomly selected and asking to submit required documents. Once you submit proper document they will display result in news paper in august 08.
I don't find any drawback in there selection process.
They called many expat aswell.
