Yes kelvint this just happened to me recently...I just went to the police dept and got a stamp from them and then went back and showed my stamp to the policeman at the inspection place. He said 'accident?' and I said 'no just scratch'
Then he stamped the form, and I took it to the license place at citycentre. Hope that helps...
