We did not invade your land as you so all it the Japanese however did they had you all beleiving that the english garrison set up there during WW2 was evil anfdthat the Japanese would win the war, you guys beleived it and killed and imprsoned it there fore allowing the japanese to invade your land The amerians ame bombed the F*&k out of the japanese war ship stationed there and anded it bak to the Brits who handed over sovreignty to Australia in 1957 It is also stated in the history that the Island was uninhabited when first disovered and there was no settlement of the island till 1888, (11 years after australia mind you) again learn your history as it was the Brits who again first settled the island brining in the malay to work it
