asians with western qualifications get paid better than asians with asian qualifications. and westerners with western qualifications get much higher.

some GCC countries give higher salaries to americans than their own ( arab ) countrymen..Voila !! so nationality too matters. too bad, proficiency takes a backseat in GCC.
