Well I've heard morrocan dish is one of the best on the world. I bet their flavor is one of it's kind. Preference is on the eye of the beholder :)

Anyway, I haven't tried morroccan food that's why I am eager to try it. It's nice to experience new kind of things specially when it comes to food. No harm in trying new stuff I guess right? (unless the food really tastes that bad) :)
