There is no way you can investigate anybody here unless they are criminals and doing illegal things like, illegal entries, running a gambling house, prostitutions or selling alcohols here then, the CID might be interested on your spying your subject, even you are millionaire you cannot just investigate someone here. :P maybe if you have strong connectons as they called "Wasta". otherwise? forget it! you are not important to them to waste their time. :P
