i just don't get it. They dug up the road behind my office a month back and they've started again. I guess one of those idiots might have left his tools buried :-)
Seriously, when it comes to main arterial roads (of which the road infront of city center becomes one), the authorities should ensure that the work is completed by having day-night shifts. I am sure the workers would prefer to work at night rather than swelter in this crazy humid heat. Ofcourse the afternoon timings between 12 – 4 should be the only break they get.
