I'll be in Doha end of Aug for an Interview for a Marketing slot at Qatar Airways for one of their outstations.

Can someone please tell me what are the areas I should be focusing on or any areas of highlights they (QR) will be interested in ?

What will the interview panel be like generally?

(I'm not from the aviation field though a communication/ marketing professional)
